Migration
We're already on WellSky. Do we have to migrate to use AgencySync Pro?
No. AgencySync Pro is designed to work alongside your existing EMR, not replace it. It connects to WellSky Home Health and WellSky Personal Care via bi-directional sync — pulling data in, pushing updates back out. You keep running on WellSky while AgencySync Pro becomes the connective layer that eliminates your manual workarounds. Migration to ALE Homecare Solutions is a separate, optional decision you make when you’re ready — and when you do, we do it in validated batches, not a big-bang cutover.
How long does migration to ALE Homecare Solutions actually take?
It depends on your agency’s complexity, but more importantly — it depends on you. Our segmented migration approach means you approve each batch of migrated data before we move to the next. A typical agency migrates in 6–12 weeks, but the timeline is yours to control. We’ve never had a client lose data in migration because we don’t move anything until you’ve validated it.
What happens to our data during migration? Can we run both systems at once?
Yes — and that’s by design. During the migration bridge phase, AgencySync Pro keeps both systems in sync so your agency never has a gap in operations. You run your current EMR in parallel until you’ve validated the final batch and are confident in ALE Homecare Solutions. There is no ‘go live and hope for the best’ moment. You flip the switch only when you’re ready.
Data Security
How is our patient and agency data protected?
All data in AgencySync and AgencySync Pro is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We maintain SOC 2-aligned security controls, including access logging, role-based permissions, and regular security reviews. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is yours.
Who at our agency can access the data in AgencySync Pro?
Access is role-based and controlled by your agency administrator. You define who sees what — billing staff see billing data, schedulers see scheduling data, and clinical staff see clinical records. The PM assigned to your account has read-only access to your ORA assessment data for the purpose of building your roadmap. No ALE Technologies employee has access to your patient records.

We've been on our current EMR for years. Is switching really worth it?
That’s exactly the question the ORA is designed to answer honestly. We’ve had agencies go through the assessment and decide their current EMR is working fine — they just needed better scheduling visibility, which AgencySync (free) solved. We’ve had other agencies discover they were losing $40K/year in billing errors because their systems weren’t talking to each other. We don’t push migration. We show you the data and let you decide.
What if my EMR isn't on your integration list yet?
Our integration list is continuously expanding. If your current system isn’t listed, tell us in the intake form — we prioritize integrations based on demand from our client base. In the meantime, AgencySync (free) works independently of your EMR and provides immediate value through centralized visit visibility. AgencySync Pro can often connect via file-based import/export while a native integration is built.

No catch. AgencySync is free because we want you to see your operational gaps before you commit to anything. The free tier is genuinely useful on its own — centralized visit view, overlap detection, coverage gap identification. We believe that if you see the problem clearly, you’ll want to fix it. AgencySync Pro is how you fix it. But we’d rather earn that decision than pressure you into it.
How is AgencySync Pro priced?
AgencySync Pro is priced based on agency size — primarily active client census and number of integrated systems. We don’t publish a rate card because the right configuration varies significantly between a 30-client agency and a 200-client agency. Your PM will provide a specific quote after the ORA assessment, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you see a number.
